If i'm one of top managers, 
what kind of values that i would like to inculcate in the organization ?

I'm agree with the gorgeous girls statement , Ms. Aini Munirah ,
' better management can create better working condition and give comfortable to the employee to perform the best as what as they can 
and
 in return organization can get higher profit from it'.

The value that i would like to inculcate in the organization is 
everyone has change to give their idea and opinion,
which is mean, the behind staff which is the support staff will have a change to give out their idea or opinion about the product, events and so on, and if their look confident to handle it,
 then let them handle the job with the help of the senior staff.

By doing this value, the organization will produce the best worker and more over can generate more profit to the organization.in addition,
the relationship between the primary and support staff will be in good relationship.

The other values is to make sure that
every person in the organization will have to attend the program that organization have organize to them
 such as family day,organization annual dinner,open house and so on, with the program, the relationship between them will be more close so as their family member because with the member of organization will be allow to bring their family members 

Last but least, 
without the support staff 
the primary staff cannot do their job efficiently.

which organization have these value ??? 
for the 2nd value,
 i think most of the organization done it
but for the 1st value,
the organization which is produce the product of sticky note.
who know ??

..Robin Hood....

BISMILLAH

when we hear robin hood, what will be in our mind ?

in my mind was this 

maybe not all of us think same as me but i believe that many people think same as me. the others, maybe think about ...hmmm.. i do know.. just figure it yourselves.

when reading and discuss the Robin Hood story in my class, i just figure out what was happening in the story, as i just mention earlier, i thought it just about  a person name Robin Hood with the bow and arrow but behind the story, have some moral value that should we agree that all of us must use it.

cannot find the right word..gggggggg

in the story, Robin Hood do not satisfied with the Sheriff until he wants to take revenge towards the sheriff and he get to perform a discipline band in one year but after that, the band become large and large, maybe the Sheriff was not satisfied by many people, until the band become many as the villagers in a village.

before that happen, Robin Hood know everyone in the band but when the band become large, he facing many difficulties such as

hard the discipline

lack of food

lack of shelter

the shelter that should not be know by the certain people will be know

and many things.

my question is 

when we do not satisfied with others or someone do wrong things to us, do we need to take revenge to them and let our life thinking about the bad thing?

such as in the story,

kill the sheriff ?

.. Which ONE is BETTER ?? ..

 In today tutorial activity in class was kind of interesting. 

it was about which one is better 

whether 

 the early bird gets the worm

or

the second mouse gets the cheese

what do you think ??

in my opinion, both have their on advantages and disadvantages.

but today, I just will write about the 

 the early bird gets the worm

for the early bird gets the worm which is can be in define as market leader

their have the pioneer on the product that they have produce because they are the owner of the product and everything related to the product must be approve by them if not, they can sue the other parties.

BUT

because of the blue ocean which is the product that they want to produce do not have in the market, they must make their own R&D, which is will cost them.

for the

O-SHIMA RESTAURANT- halal Japanese food restaurant

I always hear  Korean food rather than Japanese food in Malaysia 

maybe because i'm student that always watching korean's drama

hahaha..

BUT 

on 12th November 2013,

 a sharing session was held at DKF 1.2 at Faculty Economy and Muamalt, USIM.

 the sharing was given by madam Asnidar Hanim Yusuf, who are the founder of the japanese restaurant with the registration name O-SHIMA RESTAURANT.

 yes! o-shima sound like japanese but what is the meaning of it?.She said that, 

O-SHIMA means a WIDER ISLAND.

O-SHIMA started commence on the year 2009 and until now still active operate at SHAH ALAM. 

well, in my opinion, 

everything that we did in our live will have the challenge face, 

so as to this halal Japanese food.

some of the challenge that they have to face to get up be as now were :

1. financial

2. gain trust from supplier

3. human resources 

and so on.

to face all of this challenge, there must have at least a strategy 

but 

O-SHIMA restaurant have many strategy and they are :

1. niche (being unique) 

2. strategic place

3. promotion

4. use social media

and so on

I have finished chapter five of strategic management and operation class a few days ago.

before i'm deep lets see the definition of the generic strategic first.

 in any market or industry 

to improve its competitive performance.

In my opinion, IKEA using broad differentiation strategy. why ? it is because of IKEA have the ability to offer buyers something attractively different from their competitor for instance, 

At IKEA, there are are many wide selection of choice in many categories such as living room, bedroom, kitchen, children,textile and also business.  

In addition the customer or shopper also can design them-selves the furniture they want and they are afford to paid it. This service attract many customer because every people have different of taste.

now lets proceed to the fourth chapter ! wow.. three chapters in a day !..hehe..

the first question that have been ask to us by Dr.Ummi in the class was

 " what is resources ? "

in my opinion resources is a material or thing that not have been process yet 

for example wood,paddy and so on. 

in this chapter also touch on the VRIN test for sustainable advantage, which is VRIN stand for 

Valuable

Rare

Inimitable

Non-subsuitable

for example if the product is hard to copy which is inimitable, 

unique which is rare

 and 

do not have substitute of it

 then the product is 

VALUABLE.

the other test to way to evaluating a company's resources,capabilities and competitiveness is using 

SWOT analysis. 

swot analysis is we list all their strength ,weaknesses, opportunity and threat and analysis all of them and find what is the problem and create new strategy.

iCEPS9 started on 26th september and end on 29th september 2013 at Stadium Tertutup Nilai

i'm proud to tell that i'm one of the crew of the ICEPS9.. if you have healthy eye then you can find me in the above picture,,,hehe..what a happy ending! although there is problem but it is usually happen when the big event held.

there is many activities that have been organize to attract people to came to the iceps9.. one of the biggest event in the iceps9 is Malam Cinta Rasul 

some people said that on that night there is 10,000 people came and other also said that more ..if i'm not mistaken 15,000 but see this
